Job Summary:

The Female Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling air diffusers and related HVAC products to clients, including contractors, consultants, and project developers. She will develop and maintain strong business relationships, identify new opportunities, and achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell air diffusers, grilles, and related ventilation products to new and existing clients. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and follow up to convert them into sales. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and project engineers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and product proposals. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or customized solutions. Coordinate with the technical and production team for specifications and delivery schedules. Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and project developments. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain proper sales records and prepare periodic reports for management. Participate in trade exhibitions, marketing events, and product demonstrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Female candidate with experience in

HVAC

, or

construction sales

preferred. Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Sales, Marketing, or Engineering (Mechanical preferred)

. Strong communication and presentation skills. Good negotiation and customer relationship management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team. UAE driving license (advantage but not mandatory).

Work Conditions:

Office and field-based role involving client meetings and site visits. Regular working hours; additional hours may be required to meet sales goals. Competitive salary with commission and incentives based on performance.
