such as MEP maintenance, AMC contracts, soft services, and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with building owners, property managers, developers, and corporate clients.
Generate leads through cold calling, site visits, referrals, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, conduct meetings and site visits to understand service requirements.
Collaborate with technical and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and BOQs.
Follow up on proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
Provide regular sales reports and insights on market trends and competitor activities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and support overall revenue growth goals.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of proven sales experience
in
facility management

MEP services

AMC
, or
real estate sectors
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Strong presentation skills and ability to engage with clients at all levels.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
Valid UAE driving license
(mandatory for client meetings and site visits).
Familiarity with FM services such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning, and security.
Good understanding of AMC structures, SLAs, and technical service contracts.
Pay: AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month
