We are currently recruiting an ambitious and diligent Sales Executive for our Food & Beverage sector at LSM Trading Co. This role is pivotal for our business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth in the UAE market. Key Responsibilities: ? Spearhead sales initiatives by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to augment market share and boost revenue. ? Cultivate robust relationships with both potential and existing clientele. ? Discern customer needs, suggest suitable product solutions, and negotiate successful deals and sales contracts. ? Undertake comprehensive market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences. ? Coordinate with internal teams, ensuring sales strategies align with customer demands and business objectives. ? Contribute to achieving and exceeding set sales targets, thereby driving the overall success of the company. ? Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business. ? Being able to review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets and KPIs set by your manager. ? Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities Local & International (export) to expand market share and increase revenue. ? Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue (Cash, Credit, Wholesale & Export) . ? Proven track record in sales, preferably within the foodstuff industry in the UAE. ? Proven track record (Minimum of 2 years? experience) in sales in the foodstuff industry in the UAE. ? Strong knowledge of the UAE foodstuff market, including key players, market trends, and customer preferences. Candidate Qualifications: ? A minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry. ? Strong understanding of the UAE foodstuff market, including its key players, market trends, and customer inclinations. ? Excellent command over English and proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. ? An energetic, passionate, and self-motivated individual with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. ? Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to any working environment. ? Hold a valid UAE driving license, with or without a personal vehicle.
