The Sales Executive drives business growth within an assigned division of Acrobatica Equipment Division, managing the full sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure and payment collection. The role focuses on acquiring new clients and projects, balancing short-term wins with long-term pipeline development, while also managing and expanding relationships with existing clients where applicable. It requires accuracy in documentation, strong departmental coordination, and clear reporting. Sales Executive must position Acrobatica's solutions professionally, close deals at approved profit margins, and act with initiative, strategy, and client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution & Target Delivery
Generate leads and develop new client opportunities through outreach and research.
Prepare and submit accurate proposals and commercial documents aligned with internal processes.
Close profitable deals in line with company pricing and margin requirements.
Pipeline Development & Market Insight
Build and maintain a qualified pipeline that supports achievement of annual sales targets.
Conduct cold calling, online research, and social engagement to identify key contacts.
Understand competitor activities, client structures, market trends, and challenges within the assigned division.
Client Relationship & Solution Selling
Position company offerings as tailored solutions that solve client challenges and create added value.
Deliver clear, benefit-driven communication to all levels of client stakeholders during the full sales process.
Client Management & Business Growth
Manage and retain existing clients, if assigned, by maintaining regular contact and identifying opportunities for continued collaboration
Own and grow new client relationships with consistent engagement.
Identify upselling opportunities and deepen account value.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with clients--beyond project delivery--to build long-term trust.
Internal Coordination & Execution
Align with operations and procurement to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and alignment on all proposals.
Ensure internal documentation is completed and submitted on time.
Support effective project execution through strong internal handover.
Collections & Forecasting
Take full responsibility for client collections--informing clients in advance, following up actively, and escalating as needed.
Submit weekly collection forecasts and updates; ensure payment certificates are issued correctly and on time.
Ensure collection timelines match agreed contract terms; flag issues before they become overdue
Reporting & Documentation
Submit weekly updates on pipeline, meetings, collections, and forecasts.
Maintain high standards of documentation and timely reporting as per company guidelines.
Sales Capability & Market Understanding
Understand Acrobatica's(Vertico Xtreme) service portfolio, value, and market position.
Stay aligned with company strategy, approved pricing structures, and brand identity when engaging with clients.
Represent Acrobatica (Vertico Xtreme Equipment & Training) Division as a trusted, reliable, and solution-focused partner in all
KPIS:
PART I: KPI-Based Job Performance (70%)
1. Achieve the annual individual sales target as defined by the company.
2. Maintain a pipeline with at least 5x the annual sales target value and a minimum 20% conversion rate.
3. Submit 100% of collection updates and payment certificates on time; ensure ?90% of payments are collected within agreed terms.
4. Deliver weekly reports (pipeline, meetings, forecasts) on time and with 100% accuracy.
5. Close projects at or above approved profitability levels and follow all commercial procedures.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing.
Previous experience in the Construction, Building Materials Industry will be preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, ideally in Building Material.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools for creating presentations and commercial proposals.
Proficiency in English is mandatory as well.
Must hold a valid UAE Driving License with Car.
