Identify and engage with potential clients to promote the firm's services, including accounting, taxation, and compliance.
Lead Generation:
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and attending industry events.
Relationship Management:
Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the consulting team to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless delivery of services.
Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
Entry level
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Additional languages are a plus.)
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
Technical Knowledge:
Basic understanding of accounting, taxation, and compliance services is preferred.
Proactive Attitude:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency:
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
