Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our electrical and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in technical or facility-related sales and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the electrical contracting and maintenance sectors. Promote company services, including electrical installations, preventive maintenance, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), and emergency repair services. Conduct site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and deliver technical/commercial proposals and quotations. Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful service delivery. Track market trends, competitors, and potential leads. Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical or facility management services. Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, maintenance practices, and related services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE driving license (preferred for local travel). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Target-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
