to join our Dubai team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business by presenting our
physical security and manpower services
to companies across the UAE.
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience working with
Russian- or Ukrainian-speaking clients
and who can build strong relationships within this market segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit businesses and organizations to introduce our security and manpower solutions.
Identify potential clients, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
Present, negotiate, and close deals -- aiming for at least one signed contract per month.
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales progress.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (security, manpower, or facility services preferred).
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Experience working with Russian or Ukrainian-speaking clients is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
UAE driving license is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 7,500/month
Commission:
3% on net profit per closed deal
