Job Description

Proactively generate and manage visa sales inquiries across B2B and B2C channels. Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with new B2B travel agents to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Conduct daily market visits and meetings with B2B travel partners to expand business opportunities. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on visa policies, processing timelines, pricing, and documentation requirements. Assist clients in completing visa applications and ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documents. Process and manage visa applications through Ninthware, ICP, and typing portals in compliance with regulatory and company standards. Post and update visa applications on Ninthware accurately and within defined timelines. Handle daily coordination via WhatsApp groups, calls, and emails with clients, agents, and internal teams. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of visa applications, client details, and application statuses. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve documentation issues and client queries efficiently. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance throughout all visa operations. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws, visa policies, and operational procedures. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to internal guidelines and deadlines.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
