Job Description

Position Title:

Sales Executive - FMCG

Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the FMCG sector.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings to meet those requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.

Sales Targets:

Set and achieve sales targets and objectives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize results.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify potential competitors and market trends.
Provide feedback to the marketing team to enhance product positioning and promotions.
Stay informed about customer preferences and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Negotiation and Closing:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements.
Close deals and finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Reporting:

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses for management.
Provide insights into sales trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the FMCG industry. Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
