Visa Requirement: Own Visa or Freelance Visa
Compensation: Fixed salary paired with an appealing commission structure
Responsibilities:
Manage and promote apartment rental units and vacation home listings to potential clients.
Respond to inquiries, arrange and conduct property tours, and oversee the full leasing cycle.
Build and maintain productive relationships with property owners and tenants.
Meet monthly leasing goals while ensuring properties maintain high occupancy.
Keep up-to-date with Dubai's rental market, pricing, and competitive trends.
Requirements:
Background in real estate leasing, vacation home rentals, or property management is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to operate independently and consistently meet performance expectations.
Must hold an Own Visa or Freelance Visa.
Familiarity with Dubai's rental market is a strong advantage.
