Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Sales Executives to drive sales and expand our market share within their assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with a proven track record in sales, deep knowledge of the local food market, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development: Actively prospect, acquire, and manage new clients (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, HORECA) within the assigned territory.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Market Penetration: Execute effective sales strategies to increase product visibility and availability in the market.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide timely feedback to the sales manager.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare daily call reports, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
  • Driving: Utilize a company vehicle (where applicable) to travel within the territory for client meetings and market visits.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the Food, FMCG, or Beverage industry in the UAE.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the local UAE market dynamics, including key channels and customer segments.
  • Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Performance-Driven: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Education: A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
