To drive sales of concrete blocks and related products by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and meeting or exceeding sales targets within the construction and real estate sectors in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, consultants, and construction companies.
Promote and sell a range of concrete products (e.g., hollow blocks, solid blocks, interlocks).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to clients.
Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales deals.
Visit construction sites to understand client needs and assess potential for business.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
Ensure collections and payments are received on time.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Civil Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in the construction materials industry, preferably blocks or precast.
Proven track record in B2B construction sales in the UAE.
Valid UAE driving license is a must.
