: As a Sales Executive specializing in credit card sales within the banking field, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding market share for our esteemed banking partners. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, engage, and convert potential customers into credit card holders, leveraging your expertise and professional demeanor to cultivate strong relationships and exceed sales targets.   • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets within the banking sector.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their financial needs.
  • Present and promote credit card products and services to prospective customers, effectively articulating the benefits and features.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts, resolve customer issues, and optimize the overall sales process.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, specifically within the banking field and credit card sales.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, particularly credit cards, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales goals and delivering outstanding results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
