Job Summary: As a Banking Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving our financial products\' sales, focusing on credit cards and personal loans. Your role will involve proactive outreach to potential customers, assessing their financial needs, and guiding them towards the right financial solutions. You will work closely with the team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Customer Outreach and Acquisition: Proactively identify and solicit potential clients through networking, cold calling, and leads provided by the bank.
Sales Presentation: Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients to explain the features, benefits, and terms of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s credit card and personal loan products.
Needs Assessment: Evaluate the financial needs and creditworthiness of potential clients to recommend suitable banking products that meet their needs.
Application Process: Assist customers in completing application forms and gather necessary documentation for credit card and loan applications.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers and selling additional products to existing customers.
Customer Service: Provide high-quality customer service, addressing clients\' inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of the latest market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may affect credit card and personal loan products.
Product Feedback: Collect feedback from customers on the bank\xe2\x80\x99s products and services and report this feedback to management for product improvement.
