As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. Position: Sales Executive Location: Dubai, UAE Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Dubai market for our maintenance and cleaning services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, specifically in the maintenance and cleaning services sector in Dubai.
Strong understanding of the Dubai market dynamics and customer preferences.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license and own transportation preferred.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills would be an asset.
