We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency. Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling to expand the agency\'s client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize sales opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the agency\'s services and value proposition.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the agency and clients.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights to management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
