- Delivering an excellent level of customer service
- Assess customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and provide assistance and information on product features
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Having a good product knowledge in Perfumes Brand
- Ability to educate customers on the brand and fragrance types
- Able to achieve Sales targets
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Cross sell products as well.
- Merchandising Skills
- Shop maintenance/management
- Inventory management
- This role needs very good communication skills:
- Customer service skills
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Teamwork and leadership skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Sales analysis skills
- Commercial awareness
- IT skills
- Numerical skills.
- Language skills: Fluent English, Hindi and Arabic speaking is an added advantage.
