Company has multiple divisions like food products, retail , whole sale , manufacturing, financial services & IT Qualification : Degree & Above Experience:3+years in FMCG Sales Driving license- mandatory Job Location: Dubai Salary : AED 4000-4500/- + Travel Allowances + Incentives + car - \xe2\x81\xa0Duty time : 10 hours, weekly one day off - \xe2\x81\xa0Free visa Products :- Pulses , spices , masala\xe2\x80\x99s , fresh food products etc Target clients :- Supermarkets, Hypermarkets , cooperative stores etc :- - Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales Targets - Preventing damage to the company\'s products and assets in work territory - Build good working relationships with customers, outlet staff, colleagues, and managers Research the market for related products - Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers - Gather market and customer information - Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy Sell and Merchandise company\'s products to achieve sales and marketing targets and objectives as per KPIs - Apply, follow, suggest, and develop sales area and route plan, achieve the daily targeted visits in high performance as per KPIs Work closely with supervisor and managers to finalize approvals within deadlines - Get LPOs and make sure of smooth Processing and report any obstacles or changes at time Manage your time effectively and make sure of achieving productivity target - Make sure of planning and processing New listings as required Plan, suggest, act and report to increase gondolas, shelves, display faces, and every possible selling location inside and outside the outlets and push to get the superiority on competitors and act as market leader - Plan annual and monthly rentals, promotions, events, and work closely with supervisors and managers to set and apply sales and marketing targets - Create Friendships and keep strong relationships with outlet staff to serve company reputation and market position - Sign entry register at time, change the uniform if required according to outlet and company policy - Attend required meetings asked by section, shelves, and merchandising staff - Check displays of company products, report and take required actions for expiry, near expiry, damaged items and report the competition activities and data as well - Check back stock and refill shelves and displays - Apply display planogram, facing and generate sales orders applying FIFO and 1.5 orders rule - Make sure delivery events are done at time and required quality List similar items and fill required report - Detect and analyze market trends and competitor promotion to properly maintain optimum displays of product - Maintain and restock the company\'s inventory with efficiency and arrange to be credited for damaged or unused promotional items - Ensure that stores, shelves are stocked with the right types and quantities of products - Maintain store shelves by removing dated or damaged products and report as per company\'s policy and procedures Optimize sales volume and profitability by identifying profitable lines and bestsellers - Any other tasks and duties asked by company and not against job nature SKILLS & ABILITIES - Selling Skills - Communication, Speaking, Active Listening, Negotiation, Bargaining, Questioning Skills - Customer service skills - Planning and time managing skills - Follow-up, and reporting skills - Thinking skills - Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Positive, service-oriented personality Interseted candidates kindly sent to jobs@mapshore.com.
