Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located at our company in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying sales leads, pitching products and services, and maintaining customer relationships. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our long-term business growth. Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients via various communication channels.
- Promote and sell our range of travel packages and services.
- Understand clients\' travel preferences and tailor packages to meet their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
- Fluent in English, Turkish, and Russian (spoken and written).
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the tourism industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with travel destinations and trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven and customer-focused.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
