Sales Executive

Job Description

As a Sales & Account Executive, you\'ll be calling on small-to-medium-to-large sized businesses and selling the experience of Scent Arts. You\'ll be responsible for meeting monthly sales goals by securing new client appointments, successfully building a sales pipeline through continuous, on-going prospecting, and building programs to meet client needs, by maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers & prospects. Valid UAE Driving license is a must. Responsibilities includes:
  • Research, identify and generate new business opportunities via the phone, web and onsite visits.
  • Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Scent sampling meeting with clients.
  • Contact key decision-makers in large organizations.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity focusing on multiple touch points, including on outbound calls, emails, and social selling in a consultative sales environment.
  • Prepare for client appointments by executing client research, tailoring sales materials, and leveraging available resources.
  • Exceed monthly sales quotas while remaining intensely focused on consistent execution of proven sales methods.
  • Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company\'s products and services.
  • Update client database daily/weekly.
  • Stay current on product updates & aromas to ensure understanding of use in customer business applications.
