Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Vast knowledge of how real estate, hospitality, construction, and other related projects for interior and exterior finishes.
It is a must to have relationship-building skills, to successfully position our products in a manner that expands product awareness by helping our customers and positively impacting their projects.
Acting as direct contact with our customers, you will effectively collaborate, plan, develop, and execute strategies to generate new customer-connected business opportunities for the company.
An overall expert for clients, developers, consultants, designers, and contractors by enabling complete solutions and generating sales.
Focused on outbound and inbound project leads and converting them into customers. Generating sales and results based on customer requirements.
Uses various marketing and communication channels which leads to client acquisition and retention. Maintain communication with these clients and stay informed of industry trends.

Qualifications:

Exposure and understanding of the construction industry
Understanding of networking and relationship building
Experience in connected building solutions for multiple market segments
Willing to travel to meet our clients\xe2\x80\x99 demand
Management/ Leadership experience preferred
Excellent organizational and priority management skills
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Attention to detail
Active listening skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set goals and meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task and manage diverse priorities simultaneously
Ability to work both independently, following general guidelines, and as part of a team
Computer knowledge and ability to generate reports using tools provided
