Job Key Details:
- Develop strong client relationships and offer superior customer services
- Execute and support new promotions as well as product launches
- Keep up high standards of cleanliness within the shop
- Ensure proper use of company machines as well as equipment
- Register prospective accounts and convert leads into customers
- Present timely reports to management
- Make sure planned and forecasted sales targets are met
- Build channel partners and increase the distribution network
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management
- Handle marketing and promotional activities
- Should hold necessary qualifications for this position
- At least 3+ years of experience in selling beauty products
- Must be a good communicator and presentable
- Strong relationship building skills
- Should be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service skills and must be committed to providing superior services
- Must be committed to building relationships with customers
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Must be energetic and dependable, motivated and results driven
