We are Emerging IT company in UAE having offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai is looking for 2 competitive and result oriented IT Product& Solutions Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email, phone and direct approach we\xe2\x80\x99d like to meet you. Requirements \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as an IT Product Sales Executive or relevant role. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in English. \xc2\xb7 Engineering Degree/ Bachelor Degree/ Diploma with UAE Experience in same field \xc2\xb7 Excellent Sales knowledge of all IT Products & Solutions. \xc2\xb7 ELV systems Ex: Structured Cabling, Intercom Systems, Access Control systems, Gate Barriers, Digital Signages, PA Systems, Wireless Solutions, PABX Solutions, IP Phones, Master Clocks, Home Automation Systems, Audio Visual Systems ...etc \xc2\xb7 IT Products Ex: Computers, Laptops, Servers, Backup Drives, Accessories, Toners, Printers\xe2\x80\xa6etc \xc2\xb7 IT Solutions Ex: Backup Solutions, IT Infrastructure Setup and Maintenance,Anti Virus Solutions, Email Security solutions, Cloud Solutions , Microsoft 365 Solutions \xe2\x80\xa6etc \xc2\xb7 Thorough understanding of local marketing and negotiating techniques. \xc2\xb7 Good in Presentation and Client relationship. JOB Description \xc2\xb7 Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking \xc2\xb7 Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their IT requirements and concerns. \xc2\xb7 Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. \xc2\xb7 Negotiate/close deals and handle customer queries. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. \xc2\xb7 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams. \xc2\xb7 Determining a client\xe2\x80\x99s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable. \xc2\xb7 Attending sales meetings and meeting the client face to face. \xc2\xb7 Answering any technical questions, the client might have. \xc2\xb7 Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client. \xc2\xb7 As an IT Product Sales Executive, you may concentrate on a particular area of technology, or have a broader technical role. \xc2\xb7 Pay close attention to trends in the IT industry in order to understand what customers need. This involves the following industry publications and attending industry conferences. \xc2\xb7 IT sales executives must be able to speak about IT products and services with conviction. This requires expertise in fundamental IT principles in order to answer technical questions asked by prospects. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for conveying the features and benefits of our products and services, and then closing the deal using sales and negotiation tactics. Maintain a Database of Prospective and Current Customers. \xc2\xb7 Recognize the needs of the consumer and provide detailed information to the consumer about the technical specifications of the computer software offered by the company. \xc2\xb7 Advises customers on technical matters and recommends appropriate computer configurations. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrate product features before a sale. \xc2\xb7 Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of various IT Products. \xc2\xb7 Generate a sales pipeline and exceed monthly sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Manage customer relationships to procure repeat business and life-time references. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to customers as needed. In addition to the duties that this job normally entails, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s business. Job Types: Permanent, Part-time, Full-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
