Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Obtain new customers and maintain the existing accounts
• Handle current as well as new clients\' requests and give support to them illustrating the company service portfolio as well as capability
• Carry out operations and advise clients accordingly
• Ensure meeting and exceeding targets set in terms of contributing and generating revenue
• Keep up records of customer details or sales visits and prepare reports on the same
• Present customer needs and expectation throughout the company to assist in decision making
• Determine potential customers and record opportunities in the system
• Make suggestions in cargo consolidation solutions for space and cost
• Monitor customer communications in a timely and professional way
• Suggest methods to manage dangerous goods
• Speak with clients to make sure they are kept up to date in respect of the shipping status of their consignments
• Provide solutions in cargo handling considering timeline and resource factors
• Reach out to existing accounts presenting the company service levels and develop new revenue streams
• Assist in promoting the company services and coordinate sales efforts
• Assess cargo handling as well as delivery operations based on rating principles
• Monitor clients for outstanding services
• Provide positive communication to the client in the event of a shipping issue and provide a solution where necessary
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree in any business-related course with a minimum of 5 years of experience in cargo sales field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Candidates from the logistics department are preferred
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• The applicant must be ready and willing to join immediately
