Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Proactively approach and engage customers within the hypermarket premises
• Understand customers\' needs and preferences to recommend suitable products and solutions
• Develop a deep understanding of the hypermarket\'s product offerings across various categories
• Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, and market competition to provide informed recommendations to customers
• Offer excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience and build customer loyalty
• Assist in maintaining visually appealing product displays and promotional setups
• Make sure products are appropriately stocked, organized, and priced
• Perfectly communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to drive sales conversions
• Set and strive to exceed personal and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales objectives
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure collective success and reach departmental goals
• Escalate customer concerns to the relevant departments and provide timely solutions
• Strive to resolve customer issues in a professional and customer-centric way

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The applicant must have a Sales and Marketing or business related background
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within a retail or hypermarket environment
• Should have a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive shopping experiences
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with a diverse customer base
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment
