: Sales Executive Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah Experience: DU /Etisalat SME/B2B /Banking Driving License is a plus !! Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our telecom sales team. As an Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, promoting our telecom products and services, and driving sales growth in designated territories. This role involves extensive fieldwork, meeting potential clients face-to-face, and building strong relationships. Responsibilities: Conduct extensive fieldwork to actively prospect and generate leads in the designated territory. Identify and approach potential customers, such as businesses, organizations, and individuals, to promote and sell our telecom products and services. Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our telecom solutions. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements with prospective customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored telecom solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans, set targets, and track progress towards achieving individual and team sales goals. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth and stay ahead in the telecom market. Provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market intelligence to the sales management team. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company, expand your professional network, and generate leads. Continuously improve your product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through training programs and self-development. Requirements: Proven experience in outdoor sales or a similar field, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and deliver persuasive sales presentations. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while meeting sales targets and deadlines. Proactive and self-motivated with a hunger for success and a passion for exceeding sales goals. Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure deals and drive revenue growth. Familiarity with telecom products, services, and industry trends to articulate their value propositions to potential customers. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and tailor sales approaches to different customer segments. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports. Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
