Job Description

FMCG Sales Executive Role: a. Maintaining relationships with existing customers (purchasers or senior buyers) through regular review visits; b. Visiting potential customers to introduce added value products and gain new strength in penetrating to the segment. c. Overall responsibility of Sales revenue achievement of each brand in the assigned territory. d. Random checking quantities of goods on display and in stock to ensure adequate stocks are present and displayed as per planogram. e. Coordinating with the Merchandising team and ensure visibility of all brands. f. Coordinate product recall as per norms. g. Implementation of promotions, display and sell out plans for incremental sales. h. Outstanding payment collection of designated accounts and clearing all issues related with collection. i. Inventory management at outlets-Ensure FIFO through proper merchandising follow up j. Ensure Sales return as per process set, and follow up to clear booked returns from outlets. k. Entering in to contracts for visibility and placements and negotiate terms of an agreement and conclude. l. Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the logistics. Coordinating with logistics regarding the supply of stocks to the outlets. m. Adhere to the system and code of the company. n. Reporting of day to day activities to the concerned Team Leader. o.Gathering market and customer information Other Benefits : Incentives, Company provided Vehicle & Fuel allowances Only apply if you have FMCG industry experience.
