Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional with experience in security or cleaning industry? We are currently looking for Sales Executive to join our team at MBR1 Group. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Conduct sales presentations and negotiations to secure new contracts

Collaborate with the operations and human resources team to ensure customer requirements are met

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the security or cleaning industry

Strong understanding of the local market and industry dynamics in Dubai

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Ability to build and maintain client relationships

Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
