Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and engage with potential customers through cold calling, networking as well as referrals
• Conduct thorough research to understand customers\' needs, preferences as well as challenges
• Present and demonstrate the company products to prospective customers, highlighting their key features and benefits
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and the customer
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and enhance the customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments as well as competitors\' activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts and pipelines to track progress and provide management with regular updates

Job Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in a relevant course
• At least 1+ years of experience in the same or related role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close sales deals successfully
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
