Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Executive in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and generating leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
• Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate clients about the features and benefits of the products or services
• Stay up to date with market trends and best practices
• Continually network and identify business opportunities
• Network with other professionals encouraged in the market to strengthen work opportunities and relationships
• Conduct any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The suitable candidate must have relevant qualifications for this position
• Previous experience in the same or similar role, preferably in finance or real estate
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
• Must be self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Must speak excellent English, bilingual is beneficial but not essential
• Should be willing to work flexibly to provide the best service to the clients
