Job Description

We are looking for a resilient, energetic Sales Executive to contribute to the growth of our company. "The ideal candidate should have prior experience in all stages of the sales cycle with a Technical Background. He should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. He should have strong communication skills and possesses good negotiation skills. UAE Driving License Mandatory" YOUR DELIVERABLES ? Deliver as per the agreed Business Sales and Profit Targets for Technology Products ? Seek actively New Sales Opportunities through Cold Calling and Networking. ? Manage all generated leads through Proactive and Consultative Selling Techniques ? Support the various Sales Strategies and Initiatives that are undertaken at an Organization Level ? Create Business Opportunities by establishing and developing Client Relationships in order to meet Client Requirements ? Prepare and Deliver appropriate Presentations on products and services ? Assist in creating the pricing, payment plans, promotions and negotiations required to meet the Sales Targets ? Support and actively take part in all Marketing and PR Activities YOUR TASKS ? Maintain and update all Sales Tasks in CRM on a daily basis ? Clear understanding of the Sales KPIs to measure performance, and its self-assessment at the end of each week/month/quarter. ? Maintain and submit all relevant reports on time as required by the Line Manager on a periodic basis ? Support in developing and implementing tasks providing Client Satisfaction, thereby ensuring Client Retention ? Attend trainings which will help in increasing the output and productivity of all Sales Activities ? Prepare and present periodical sales report on the sales activities, and provide suggestions on continuous improvement ? Build strong and effective Client Engagement by implementing Best Account Management Practices in both Technical as well as Commercial aspects ? To work closely with all internal departments to deliver the objective of Organization without compromising Customer Satisfaction YOUR VALUE ADDITIONS ? Previous Exposure to Individuals at Senior Management Levels or Relationships with Big Enterprises ? Relationship Building and Maintenance Skills ? B2B Consultative and Negotiation Skills ? Engagement Skills with Decision Makers with regard to Deal Closures ? Multitasking Skills with ability to balance between different types of tasks ? Team player with proper coordination among involved Departments ? Target orientation with a drive to excel and exceed the expectations ? Market awareness and understanding of the challenges with customers and competitors WHAT YOU NEED TO POSSESS ? Strong English Communication skills; Reading, Writing and Speaking ? Preferably educated to degree or equivalent level with Technology Background ? Additional Languages, like Arabic, Urdu will be added advantage ? Sales and Business Development Background ? Applied Knowledge - MS Office and CRM ? Pleasant Personality with Persuasive Skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
