The Role Identifying potential opportunities and maximising their sales output, including arranging calls and meetings while managing multiple business development engagements. Achieving forecasted growth and monthly/quarterly personal targets by following a well-defined strategy. Research companies to create strategic communication plans. Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff collaboratively to determine potential customers. Proactively schedule meetings with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling), along with reaching out through social media and websites. This includes managing complex negotiations with mid-to-senior level executives. Being fully conversant in our solutions and advising clients on services and products through upselling and cross-selling. Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and client data, updating status reports daily. Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of customer needs, while communicating pain points to appropriate departments. Handle small to medium projects which includes responsibilities but not limited to client meetings (face to face or online), sending proposals, and full-time involvement until the project is handed over. Monitor and record all sales figures and produce monthly sales reports. Create awareness of all the products and services in the area to magnify market influence and generate future sales. Perform other tasks as instructed by the Management.
