Sales Executive

Job Description

  • Organizing appointments and meetings with community- and clinic-based healthcare staff.
  • Identifying and establishing new business
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Demonstrating or presenting products to healthcare staff including doctors, therapies and pharmacists.
  • Undertaking relevant research
  • Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals.
  • Maintaining detailed records.
  • Attending and organizing trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Direct management and oversight for the field marketing organization
  • Oversee development of programs, creation of marketing materials and execution of program offerings based on market needs and Company objectives
  • Develop field marketing strategy to optimize the customer experience and program performance
  • Track and report field marketing activities and program results to senior leadership
  • Gather and report customer feedback and insights to Marketing and Sales teams
  • Travel as required, including to the corporate office and meetings with HCPs to discuss marketing initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 48 per week Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Arabic (Preferred)
