Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and developing customer relationships by selling the company\xe2\x80\x99s air transportation services. This role works closely with the Supervisor to identify customer needs and craft tailored solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Develop a thorough understanding of the company\xe2\x80\x99s airline advantages and characteristics, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions. 2. Handle customer inquiries, providing timely follow-up feedback, and proactively building customer relationships. 3. Craft air transportation plans that best suit customer cargo needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximum benefit. 4. Forge long-term relationships with existing customers through regular maintenance plans. 5. Proactively develop new customer relationships by attending logistics and related exhibitions. 6. Collaborate with Supervisor to achieve set sales targets. 7. Coordinate customer service to address customer complaints and suggestions. 8. Review fees payable, check invoices, and remind customer service to issue bills in a timely manner. 9. Assist finance to recover accounts in a timely manner. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
