About the Role Ray Fitout Sales Team They excel at building strong relationships, take ownership in leading projects and are regularly catching up as a team, and on an individual basis to tackle challenging leads or to align on the overall sales strategy. What You\'ll Do

Sales and business development activities achieving monthly sales targets.
Track & procure projects where there will be the option to work as a supplier and / or contractor.
Generate sales opportunities by using your existing network and contacts.
You\xe2\x80\x99lll manage the tenders and proposals for new business opportunities.
Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the Business growth plan of the company.
Establish market penetration strategy to procure Fit Out and refurbishment jobs in the UAE, especially in the retail sector as appropriate and generate opportunities through contacts, networking associations especially with the lease management team.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll be liaised with the execution teams throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll negotiate agreements and coordinate with the other departments and senior management.
You\xe2\x80\x99ll conduct regular meetings with the lease management team based in the shopping malls in order to maintain and build up a database regarding prospective clients mainly looking for a fit out or refurbishment job requirement.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring

Strong proven relationship background in Government, Private, F&B, Health, and Real Estate industry.
Minimum of 3 years experience in the fitout and decor industry.
Communication, excel at communicating in person, over the phone, via email, and across teams.
You\xe2\x80\x99re a Self motivated, self starter, results driven individual.
Open to travel on a regular base to meet prospects.
Company and seller expertise, nurture strategic relationships with top sellers.
You are a phenomenal teammate, you know how to drive sales teams and collaborate with them.
Strategic perspective.
Skilled negotiation.
Capable of using salesforce is a plus.
