The Role
Our client, a large holiday homes management company in Dubai, is looking for sales executives to join their international dynamic team. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance \xe2\x80\xa2 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the sales process through specific software programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information \xe2\x80\xa2 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements
Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sale\xe2\x80\x99s relevant role \xe2\x80\xa2 1+ year of experience as a sales executive in hospitality industry, real estate or similar industry in UAE market \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of MS Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques \xe2\x80\xa2 Faster learning ability and passion for sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE driving license \xe2\x80\xa2 The candidate should be available in UAE for the interview upon request We offer: \xe2\x80\xa2 A great team and a developing environment for professional growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Competitive compensation package including base pay and commission \xe2\x80\xa2 Work schedule 5/2 from 09.00 to 18.00 or from 10.00 to 19.00 \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical insurance \xe2\x80\xa2 30 calendar days of annual leave \xe2\x80\xa2 Annual vacation air ticket allowance \xe2\x80\xa2 Corporate vehicle
