Sales Manager At Supertron Infotech, we\xe2\x80\x99re in search of a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and help continue a tradition of unparalleled client and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a track record of outstanding management of day-to-day operations, including PL handling, human resources, and accounting processes. This person will be a motivated leader who thrives on creating and sustaining a climate of inclusion, trust, and productivity. The candidate must be proficient in team building and management and must have some a certain degree of entrepreneurial spirit and experience with him. About Supertron Supertron Infotech is an upcoming and one of the fastest growing CSP in Dubai. Supertron Infotech deals in brands such as Zoho, Sophos and DocuSign. Primary responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Experience in handling Channel and Key accounts (Enterprises and SMEs). He must be adept in handling and have network with Channel Partners, System integrators.
  • End to end funnel mapping for both Channel and Key accounts.
  • Create and maintain rolling three-month plan for forecasting, targeting, and attaining sales.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining cloud environment, involving various cloud services.
  • Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations.
  • Understanding the overall Cloud Infrastructure and Application design.
  • Cloud Security understanding & coordinating with Cloud provider for the execution of Security policies
  • Understanding New features of Cloud Provider
Qualifications and Skills 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 exposure in Channel Partners and Resellers. Experience in developing business strategy and making sure we meet long-term and short terms objectives. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry trends Education qualification: BE/B-tech/MCA Soft skills/ behavioral: Great team player, excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability with presentation and data analysis. Superior leadership skills with focus on employee coaching. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
