Job Summary

The candidate for this position shall excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

Responsibilities

  • To sell and promote the sale of all vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer trading policies.
  • Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, specifications and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models.
  • To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment and holding sales discussions with them.
  • To always be prepared to receive and process new customer enquiries (via telephone, walk- in and email).
  • Demonstrating vehicles to customers by explaining characteristics, specification, and feature; taking test drives; explaining warranties and vehicles operating features to customers.
  • Closes sales by overcoming objections; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provision; explaining and offering warranties, services and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
  • Establish and maintain follow-up system, which encourages repeat business cum referrals and ensuring customer relationship building.
  • To achieve sales targets (monthly and annually) with no compromise to customer satisfaction.
  • To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention throughout the sales processes.
  • Participates in sales meetings and training provided on changing trends.
  • Delivering vehicles to customers by ensuring it in good condition and as per company standards.
  • Proper attending of leads forwarded by Customer service, Marketing and Admin from different Medias.
  • Proactively interact with the customers explaining competent and enthusiastic range of vehicles in our stock.
  • Proper usage and updating on CRM software for day to day sales activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments such as Operations, F&I, Admin, Business Development, Customer Service in order to successfully achieve the sales target and customer satisfaction, smooth transaction etc.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
