We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

• To liaise with clients in order to determine and meet their property sales, purchase and rental requirements

• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.

• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.

• To network in order to source new leads; to find clients to sell/lease their properties

• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.

• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.

• Present purchase offers to sellers.

• Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers.

• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.

• Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.

• Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds and other documents for each real estate transaction.

• To establish and build effective, positive and professional working relationships with internal and external clients, developers and regulators.

• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, Exhibitions, road shows and listing services remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practice. Skills

• Candidates should be assertive with a passion for sales and excellent customer service

• candidates that have experience in the fields of Banking Insurance and Retail sectors

• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson

• Proven track of successful sales record

• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

• MS Office familiarity

• UAE Driving License is a Must
