Job Description

We are looking for a Sales executive who has previous experience in automobile field. A Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Required. Desired candidate shall have minimum 4-5 years of relevant UAE experience along with valid UAE Driving license. Candidate should have good communication skills. -Achieves the sales targets monthly. -Plan for their own sales target. Plan should be in detail for monthly, quarterly, annually, and other measures. -Plan for number of total calls to be made in line with the actual sales budget for the agreed period. Plan on calls must be in terms of type of target markets, service lines, and other relevant measures (Daily / Weekly / Monthly). -Ensure on having the sufficient size of pipeline customers ready to place the sales confirmation weekly, monthly, and quarterly as well. -Increase the size of the walk-in customers. This must go on an incremental basis. Thus, increase the growth of the cash business. -Actively engage on prospecting the potential customers in terms of the sales objectives, strategies, and other overall expectations communicated by the reporting manager. -Actively engage in developing and promoting services offered by the workshop to clients. -Travel to customer locations directly. -Build trust, communicate effectively, foster innovation, focus, collaborate, solve problems creatively and demonstrate higher integrity with the customers. -Spend 80 percentage of the time in the market and use the rest of the time to complete the administrative part. -Handling the social media Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: From AED2,500.00 per month Experience:
