About us Established in 2012 Boris Software is currently a leading software provider in the United Kingdom and the Middle East. We are actively looking for a telesales executive to join the team on a permanent basis at our head office in Dubai (Barsha Heights). Key Responsibilities - Establish excellent relationships with new and existing customers. - Generate new business leads for account managers. - Book in virtual and face to face demonstrations for account managers. - Communicate the solutions offered by Boris whilst emphasising on industry specific benefits. - Outbound calls to new business prospects. - Working towards monthly and annual targets. - Working cohesively with other members of the sales team. - High levels of customer service. - Organising customer and account manager diaries for demonstrations. What are we looking for? - Previous Telesales experience (essential) - Fluent in Arabic & English (essential) - Basic knowledge of construction or facilities management would be advantageous (desirable) - Basic knowledge of SaaS Systems would be advantageous (desirable) - Self-motivated and driven by targets (essential) - Excellent phone manner (essential) - Strong communication skills (essential) - Excellent negotiation skills (essential) What are we offering? - Competitive Salary - Rewarding commission scheme - Enjoyable environment to work - Progression opportunities - Working hours: 09:00am - 17:00pm - 20 days annual leave + Bank holidays What now?
