We are actively looking for a telesales executive to join the team on a permanent basis at our head office in Dubai (Barsha Heights). Key Responsibilities - Establish excellent relationships with new and existing customers. - Generate new business leads for account managers. - Book in virtual and face to face demonstrations for account managers. - Communicate the solutions offered by Boris whilst emphasising on industry specific benefits. - Outbound calls to new business prospects. - Working towards monthly and annual targets. - Working cohesively with other members of the sales team. - High levels of customer service. - Organising customer and account manager diaries for demonstrations.
