Job Requirement: - Competent, go-getter attitude - Self-motivated and driven personality - Well-versed in luxury real estate market not only locally but internationally - Proven experience with track record results in Sales - Strong sales, negotiation, networking and communication skills - Real Estate experience (MUST) - Leisure and luxury brand experiential is advantage - Preference: Arabic, Hindi, French speakers - Male/Female Responsibilities:

Follow-up with leads to increase sales
Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and then show properties that meet those needs
Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
Oversee the entire process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
Attract prospective clients to promote new business
Local and international knowledge of Real Estate ROI and market conditions to answer questions of potential clients

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
