Job Description

  • Drive sales performance through implementation of sales initiatives, achieve targets
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with key and potential clients, interact with business partners and provide expert knowledge and support to ensure operational excellence and standard application of operating standards.
  • Ability to prospect, network, and foster business relationships for increased sales and referrals;
  • Meeting goals with an innate sense of urgency to maintain forward momentum daily;
  • Ability to identify and maintain vendor relationships
  • Ability to draft price quotes and respond to RFQs for short turn-around
  • Ability to develop bid strategy for maximum profitability while maintaining a competitive edge
  • Reporting client activity to the management team on a regular basis;
  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills;
  • Monitor key accounts performance trends and determine appropriate actions to address any issues to optimize the business and deliver best-in-class customer service and compliance with credit policy
  • A key player in budgeting and sales volume planning, tracking and reporting, compiling relevant reports for management use
  • Responsible for expanding the company division of bulk fuel sales.
  • Able to generate revenue and maximize profit margins for the business division.
  • Establish and cultivate relationships with prospective clients including government agencies and prime contractors.
  • Requires a proven track record of successful contract capture and management with the ability to acquire competitive market data relating to the fuel industry, develop successful sales strategies, and
  • Manage the fuel sales process from pricing to operational execution.
  • Additional responsibilities will require the ability to develop bid strategies and successfully identify and negotiate with fuel and logistics vendors.
  • A strong understanding of the procurement process as well as fuel specification and quality standards.
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for continuous growth in personal knowledge of our industry, products, and company.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree holders must have good English language competence,Arabic language preferred,
  • Minimum of 2 - 4 years' bulk fuel sales experience, with verifiable results;
  • Prior experience working for a Private /industries /transportation contractor is a plus;
  • Proven track record of selling fuel oil to companies over at least a 3-year period.
  • UAE Driving License is MUST
  • Understanding of fuel pricing, market indexes, and gross profit margins;
  • Must demonstrate sound business judgment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines;
