Job Description
We are seeking an energetic candidate with 1-2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry. Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, other languages will be an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage
- Self Motivator, Passionate, Aggressive and Ambitious.
- Responsible for generating NEW Business and maintaining existing customers
- Maintain customer profile and follow up on leads
- Researching Prospect clients and transforming them into business opportunities
- Meet and Exceed revenue target
- Identify market opportunities, new trends and develop sales growth strategies with management.
- Implementing retention strategies and establishing long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction, knowledge & expertise provide a competitive edge.
- Work closely with internal teams in the execution of sales and marketing strategies.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
