About Role: We are seeking to expand our Sales team with candidates who have hands-on experience in charter sales, aircraft leasing, and key customer accounts management within the industry. The primary responsibilities are forecasting the Sales Pipeline, and managing the successful delivery of deals and transactions. The role will also include coaching and training, and participating in industry events. Duties:
Manage sales operations; forecast sales, sales budget, sales communication, and marketing events, facilitate the sales process, organize sales collateral and tools, manage company software data storage, oversee legal compliance
Lead sales talents: build sales climate, develop training, support coaching outcomes, provide day-to-day assistance to the team on ongoing transactions, solutions, and coaching of sales techniques
Engage with customers; qualify sales opportunity, manage opportunity pursuit, conduct account planning, select, and manage key accounts
To develop new business opportunities in the aviation segment
Conduct negotiations on commercial conditions and review the accuracy of contractual documents
Provide guidance to management on a wide range of commercial and legal issues, including commercial transactions, finance, regulatory, corporate governance, trade, insurance, maintenance, and tax
Attending industry events, conferences, and forums. Sourcing for the key stakeholders of aviation companies to establish strong connections to gain maximum value from relationships
Qualifications & Requirements:
Appropriate degree in Sales / Business Management or Administration
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales and Management within the aviation industry
Aviation experience is mandatory
Native English speakers or proficient
Strong drive and initiative, coaching, and team-leading expertise
Good commercial judgment
Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail
Professional and positive attitude, ability to adapt to the fast-working environment
Strong sales skills, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals on profitable conditions
