Sales Executive (Sports Flooring, Indoor & Outdoor Floorings) The company needs an experienced, energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven and well-organized Sales Executive who has a strong experience in sales or in contracting companies for Sports Flooring, Indoor & Outdoor Floorings and Landscaping to join our team based in Dubai. Sales Executive must be knowledgeable with various flooring materials - such as solid flooring, laminate, parquet, carpets, vinyl & PVC Floorings etc. Main Duties and Responsibilities: - - Generate sales & identify client needs, book meeting appointments and explain company's products & services. - Reporting to Management and submitting activity/Result reports such as daily call Leads reports, weekly task reports, monthly territory analysis and customer wise sales report. - Making competitive Sales Quotation by gathering crucial information on competitor pricing, substitute alternatives available, delivery schedules and payment alternatives - Servicing current customers, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call. - Resolving customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports, and making recommendations to management. - Developing and growing the commercial relationships of assigned leading industrial customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration. - Managing sales pipeline to meet sales target and to drive new business opportunities to commercial success. - Maximize all revenue opportunities through analyzing local market trends and developing new business leads. - Performing client acquisition, existing customer retention, and operations. - Developing marketing strategy and understanding current and existing client requirements. - Coordinating with transporters, shipping agents and optimize the mix for efficiency at work. Job Requirements: - - Hands-on experience in working with PVC flooring installation and able to work with different types of flooring materials is a plus. - Excellent understanding of different flooring materials and its methods of installation and construction. - Good command over English language is necessary. - Engineering sales experience is added advantage. - With UAE Valid Driving License - Minimum 2 years' experience as Sales Executive for Flooring (preferred) Benefits: - 2 years visa, insurance, ticket once in 2 years one way (as per UAE Labour Law) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED 5000 per month Experience: * sales: 2 years (Required) Location: * Dubai (Required) COVID-19 Precaution(s): * Personal protective equipment provided or required * Temperature screenings * Social distancing guidelines in place * Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
