Job Description

Survey market potential in UAE, identify potential clients, and plan territory coverage to ensure maximum market penetration.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to improve the business; prepare and perform technical presentations and demonstrate the differentiation of Diversey Water Solutions, water treatment products/services, that meet/exceed client needs
Generate and execute sales plans for existing and new customer base; manage negotiations for customer satisfaction on technical and commercial matters while overseeing a sustainable financial relationship with customer
Manage marketplace stakeholders, in sector and customers, to ensure business growth and protection of current portfolio; understand business need and recommend continuous improvement, and innovation plans with stakeholder insights
Establish, maintain, and prioritize an accurate and current sales funnel in Salesforce. Managing profitability of the account; review territory applications and processes/procedures for safety improvements.
Manage responsibility for all sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting, and follow-up within designated Customer Portfolio
When necessary, provide guidance, coaching, and training of fellow Technical Engineers to increase application knowledge within the Team
Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performed at optimal levels.
Manage industrial water treatment applications, including the routine water testing for cooling water, chilled water, boiler water, RO Plant, and wastewater treatment applications.
Create and coordinate a differentiated approach with given resources, and support for a sustainable growth of business and a trustworthy brand recognition in the market
Report to Water Solutions MENA Manager, and collaborate with the rest of Team to ensure growth of the business, in and beyond the UAE

The Individual:

A bachelor degree in a science primarily in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of water treatment or chemical industry experience is required.
Market knowledge of Hospitality, Heavy industry, District cooling plants, Oil & Gas is required.
Working knowledge of swimming pool, cooling towers, steam boiler, chilled water, Reverse Osmosis and wastewater treatment system is mandatory.
Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
Fluent in Arabic is an advantage.

Possess a valid UAE Driver's License.
