Responsibilities:
-Starting by Identifying new property listing opportunities
-Handling the sales process from all aspects to ensure closing the deals.
-Managing investors' portfolios for existing and new clients based on their investment goals and strategies.
-Arranging viewings and managing all the negotiation processes to ensure closing the deals.
-Determine clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them
-To follow up and coordinate with all property owners after the listings process to expedite closing the deals.
-Prospecting and generating new leads through a variety of effective and efficient tools you will be provided.
-Extensive market analysis and strategies implementation based on current market change. Requirements:
-Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Salesperson.
-preferable to have driving license (UAE).
