• The ideal candidate will ideally have a minimum of 3-5 years fit-out interior project sales experience, preferably in the turnkey and interior works sector, commercial real estate, event management or construction and a strong understanding of the UAE market with proven success in a competitive sales environment.
• Order follow-up, communicate and coordinate with execution team for smooth completion of job.
• Meet client with team engineer, discuess with estimation depratment, and send quotations.
• Looking for AMC -MEP,A/C
• Meeting monthly and yearly assigned targets.
• Identifying and winning major fit-out projects, developing intimate knowledge of key accounts and responding quickly and effectively to tender.
• Preparing marketing material to promote and support the company's sales, brand name and capabilities.
• Coordinate with the design and execution team throughout the process to make sure all client requirements are met.
• Negotiate agreements in coordination with the other departments and the senior management.
• Follow up payments with customers on a regular basis as per completion and payment schedule.
• Submission of daily/weekly/monthly reports to reporting manager.
