Sales Executive

Job Description
Select Group is looking for confident and driven Sales Executives, with real estate experience, to join their growing team. Based in Dubai business Bay, the individual will be responsible for selling the Company's property portfolio, ensuring maximum profitability, and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale. Sales executives are the key point of contact between an organisation and its clients: answering queries, offering advice and introducing new products. Their work includes:
- meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
- demonstrating and presenting products
- establishing new business
- maintaining accurate records
- attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- reviewing sales performance
- negotiating contracts and packages
- working towards monthly or annual targets.
